The morning began with the chanting of Skanda Shasti Kavacham and Vel Pooja, followed by special abhishekam using milk, honey, sandalwood, and rose water. The 21-ft golden Murugan idol, radiating in sunlight, was adorned with fresh flowers and jewels, becoming the center of deep spiritual connection for all.

Special homam, Vel kavadi offerings, and paal kudam processions followed. Children and families offered prayers, lit lamps, and carried mini-kavadis uphill — making the hill vibrate with pure devotion.

Steps of Faith

The Annadhanam, served to over 1,500 devotees, took place in all three sessions of the day, fulfilling not just hunger but hearts. Girivalam under the evening moon added a perfect spiritual close to the celebrations.

Vaikasi Visagam 2025 was not only a day of celebration but a moment of reaffirming faith, surrender, and love for Lord Murugan. We thank every devotee and donor who made this celebration sacred and memorable.
